SalutoMetrics is a subscription based program. Subscribers can pay monthly or annually. Annual subscribers get 2 months FREE.
ICPA members are offered a discount. Membership status must be current and registration will be confirmed. Not an ICPA member? Learn more and become a member.
One additional DC can be added to the subscription account if they practice at the same location (the office location is stamped on every page/document generated with the program) at a discounted price.
To subscribe, you will submit your information and setup your account. Within 3 business days, the SalutoMetrics team will review the information, confirm registration status and locations, and approve your subscription. Then, you will receive an email welcoming you. This email will have a detailed guide for how to use the program. (This will be a PDF document with instructions, going over the legend, etc.)
Subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless cancelled by the subscriber.

Please note that your subscription is automatically renewed. If you selected a monthly subscription, your credit card will be processed on the same day each month. If you selected an annual subscription, your credit card will be processed on the same date in the subsequent years. Receipts will be emailed out after each payment. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a refund.
7 Day Refund: If you are trying out SalutoMetrics for the first time and are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. Please email us at email@example.com with your cancellation request.
For monthly subscribers: If you are not satisfied with your subscription to SalutoMetrics, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject “cancel my subscription”. For monthly subscribers, we require 2 weeks notice before your next month’s payment date.
For annual subscribers: If you are not satisfied with your subscription to SalutoMetrics, please email us at email@example.com using the subject “cancel my subscription”. For annual subscribers, we can refund full, unused months only. Your subscription will be defaulted to monthly pricing. There will be small transaction fee to process this request.
